"I've never had a good experience with this place. No one seems to answer the phone during business hours. Emails don't get responded to for days, or sometimes not at all. When I finally talk to someone on the phone, they aren't friendly or grateful. But they're eager to take my money."

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the customer support team at Greg Ellis-State Farm, and I must say, it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish! From the moment I reached out, the response was prompt and friendly. Meg took the time to understand my issue thoroughly, (even through my frustration) demonstrating impressive knowledge about the adjustor/total loss process. She patiently walked me through the process of contacting the adjuster assigned to my case and ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. What stood out the most was her genuine desire to help. She went above and beyond to provide solutions, even following up later to ensure everything was sorted. It's rare to find such dedication and care in customer service these days. "I recently had a claim on my vehicle. The process was somewhat trying at times but Ms Em at Greg Ellis State Farm in Moore, Ok and Iris with the claims department were always friendly, patient and very professional. These two ladies put up with numerous phone calls from me and never once was disrespectful or rude. They even made me laugh on numerous occasions."

"I use Greg ellis for all my insurance needs. I've never had life insurance in the past but I got hooked up with Megs and she made it simple and easy. Awhile back we had a major haik storm that came through and my wife's new car was damaged pretty good and I called Megs to let her know ow about it and the process was simple and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket."
