"Though the staff is friendly we are loosing faith in this company! We've been with them in the past and decided to come back.. starting to feel like this was a HUGE mistake. We have a issue on our account every single month. And I wish I was being dramatic but ITS EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They will tell you one thing but then your bill reflects another and when we call it seems nobody knows what is going on.. my origin quote for my monthly insurance was 220 now they have it listed at 412... I'm absolutely frustrated at this point and have been considering leaving this company. If i can't trust you for simple day to day how can I know when I need you that you'll be there with facts to help and not one person said this this person is saying that and nobody really had a single clue what they are doing or what's going on. 😕 it's been very frustrating and I feel like I'm not getting the best deal we could and tired of the up and down back and forth. Do better Greg Ellis before you loose buisness permanently."

"Greg Ellis has the best staff I have ever met in my life!! I have had multiple policies with them for 6-7 years now, maybe longer.. started with car insurance, then added renters insurance and added life insurance 4(ish) years ago. Honest, understanding, patient and well trained staff there for me anytime I have a dumb question that I’ve probably asked before and just forgot the answer, they treat each person like they are the most important person! Seriously, they have helped me every single time I have called.. I’ve never once wondered if they were going to return my call… every time they say they are going to do something, they do it and quickly. This is just a few of the MANY things that make his staff superior to all other insurance company/agency staff I have dealt with!! As long as Greg Ellis is running the show, I will always have a policy through him. Simple as that!! If I’m being totally honest, I have been offered cheaper (by about $50) insurance quotes from USAA… but keep in mind that this representative seemed to be annoyed for every second of the interaction and got an attitude with me when I told her I wasn’t interested before she had the chance to tell me a quote… after running through the basic info and allowing her the opportunity to give me a quote and I still refused. She very rudely asked why I wouldn’t switch and I told her “Because I’m willing to pay more for the benefit of amazing staff that is always there and always comes through for me and that’s something you can’t offer me” and she replied in an extremely rude tone “excuse me, what’s that supposed to mean” and I said “Exhibit A” … she hung up on me! No one has been able to convince me to switch and at this point, why even try?? My point is you don’t find people like him and his staff often, just in general.. not only did he find them, he hired them!! So if you’re wondering where all the good hearted and honest people are.. now you know! 😁 Greg, Katie-Beth, Melanie - my MVP’s!!! The 3 people that has had a hand in forming each of my policies and I ask A LOT of questions so they spend a lot of time on the phone with me!! The patience and understanding they have is amazing!! Meg!! - This woman knows sooo much, it’s actually mind blowing!! I decided not to change my policy at the time even after she spent sooo much time explaining and working with me and she understood why I said no and told me to I give her a call if I changed my mind or if I had any other questions.. well… a few weeks later I called her with a general question about obtaining info on a policy that wasn’t with their company and was 20 years old and she gave me a whole plan of action to follow to get the info I need!! Like she had no obligation to help me with that, it has nothing to do with my policy, but I asked and she answered!! Sam, Chasity and MANY MORE!!! My information banks!!! Seriously, if they don’t know the answer (which is rare), trust me, they will find the answer!!! Y’all are all awesome! Thank you, for everything!!"
