"We recently added a new car to our multi car/renters policy and because they are switching to a new system (in July) it has messed up everything. We are now paying higher amounts than we should be for specific vehicles because they’re unable to pair specific cars with the correct driver. For Instance my liability coverage for a car I barely drive was almost 90$. They had put my daughter as the driver, but she Never drives that car and we each pay our own portion of the bill. It has cause me to have financial difficulty. I had no issues in the past but these are big issues causing us a lot of hardship for things I feel like that could’ve been avoided. edit: For the record I did call the office and things were not made right and I’m still having issues."
